Quiet & Calming Play Spaces
Quiet and calming play spaces give children a lower-stimulation place to retreat, regulate and play more quietly: dens, cubbies and nooks set a little apart from the busiest activity. They matter for children who can become overwhelmed on a busy playground.
BDI Play Designs applies this tag when a product creates a genuine retreat space or is designed for quieter play.
