BDI Play Designs Inc. (“BDI Play Designs”, “we”, “us”) operates playbdi.com. This notice explains what information we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.

Information you give us

When you request a quote, request a design, or contact us, we collect the details you submit — your name, email address, phone number, organization, billing and site postal codes, and any project notes or product selections. We use this information to prepare your quotation and respond to your enquiry. To do that, it is stored in our database, emailed to our team, and sent to our internal quoting system. It is not shared with advertisers.

Site analytics

To keep the site working and understand how it is used, we record first-party analytics such as the pages viewed, time spent on a page, products viewed, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. This data is first-party (used to operate and improve playbdi.com) and is not shared with third-party advertisers.

Advertising measurement (with your consent)

If you accept in the cookie banner, we enable the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API to measure the performance of our advertising — for example, to know that a visit or a quote request came from an ad. This lets us send Meta a limited set of events (such as a page view or a completed quote request). Where events include identifiers like your email or phone number, they are irreversibly hashed on our server before being sent — Meta does not receive them in plain text. If you decline, these advertising tools are not loaded and no advertising cookies are set. You can learn more in Meta’s Privacy Policy.

Cookies & local storage we use

• bdi_vid — a random, anonymous visitor identifier used for first-party analytics.
• bdi_consent— remembers your accept/decline choice so we don’t ask again.
• _fbp / _fbc — set by the Meta Pixel only after you accept, to attribute advertising activity.

Your choices

You can accept or decline advertising cookies in the banner shown on your first visit. To change your decision later, clear this site’s cookies and site data in your browser — the banner will appear again so you can choose. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.
