We don’t run a U.S. storefront; we serve by direct shipping and local support — self-install for what suits it, or a recommended local installer for a turnkey result.
How We Serve U.S. Customers
BDI Play Designs is an Alberta, Canada manufacturer and supplier, and part of the Blue Imp network — so U.S. customers can buy Blue Imp and BDI equipment direct. We don’t have a U.S. office; instead, our smaller, freight-shippable products are designed for self-installation, and full play structures are set up by a recommended local installer to ensure a quality result.
Every unit meets or exceeds ASTM F1487, CAN/CSA-Z614, and U.S. CPSC guidelines, and is IPEMA-certified through our manufacturing partner. Budget ranges can be shown in U.S. dollars (use the CA/US toggle at the top of the site); exact unit prices are listed in CAD and quoted in USD on request. All prices are unit prices, with taxes, shipping, brokerage, and any installation quoted separately.

Does BDI Play Designs have a location in the United States?

No — we do not operate a U.S. storefront or office. We sell direct from our manufacturing facility in Alberta, Canada, with local support across our Texas service area and Montana. Smaller amenities assemble on site with your own team, and full play structures are set up by a recommended local installer to ensure a quality result.
Can my own team install the equipment, or do I need a contractor?

Both are options. Much of our U.S.-shipped line is self-install — it bolts together or sets in place on site with basic tools, and maintenance items like swing seats and patch kits need no contractor at all. For full play structures we can pair you with a recommended local installer so the finished result is done right.
