BDI supplies vinyl-coated and powder-coated steel receptacles with steel or dome lids, portable and in-ground mounting, and paired trash/recycle configurations. Every receptacle uses the same perforated and vinyl-coated steel as the wider Blue Imp park furniture line and is manufactured in Alberta, Canada.
Enviro Bin
The Blue Imp Enviro Bin is a heavy-duty waste and recycling station built from powder-coated galvanized steel for long-lasting performance in parks, schoolyards, and public spaces. Front-panel openings on each module allow for easy waste deposit and straightforward liner removal, while the enclosed body keeps contents tidy and weather-protected. Heavy Duty Trash-Recycle Bin
The Blue Imp Trash-Recycle Bin is a large-format, powder-coated steel waste station engineered for high-traffic parks and institutional sites where durability is non-negotiable. Standing 1.6 m (5') tall, it features front service doors for easy waste deposit and liner removal without tipping or lifting the enclosure. It is available as a single trash bin (PK117S-T) or a single recycle bin (PK117S-R), in any polyester powder-coat colour and with optional custom wording to designate waste streams; sites serving several waste streams order the number of single bins they need and group them. Stately Trash Receptacle w/Steel Lid
The Blue Imp Stately Trash Receptacle brings a clean, contemporary profile to parks and urban streetscapes without sacrificing durability. Fabricated from powder-coated in-line galvanized steel, the 750 mm (30") tall × 600 mm (24") wide enclosure is virtually maintenance-free and available in any polyester powder-coat colour. It installs either in-ground or surface-mounted to suit paved or soft surfaces, and accepts a standard trash liner (not included). Trash Receptacle w/Dome Lid (Portable)
The Blue Imp Trash Receptacle with Dome Lid combines a classic park aesthetic with tough 14-gauge vinyl-coated perforated steel construction, finished with a UV-resistant high-durometer vinyl in blue, green, grey, tan, or brown. The plastic dome lid keeps blowing debris out and rain off the liner, while the perforated body provides ventilation. This portable version stands 1,000 mm (40") tall and rests on a weighted base for surface placement, so it can be repositioned as needs change — ideal for events, plazas, and pathways. Vinyl Coated Trash Receptacles
Blue Imp's vinyl-coated trash receptacle is built from 14-gauge perforated steel wrapped in a UV-resistant high-durometer vinyl — available in blue, green, grey, tan, or brown — giving it a durable, colour-rich finish that holds up to freeze-thaw cycles and prolonged sun exposure. The steel lid version (PK-170S) provides a solid, weather-shedding closure while the perforated body keeps airflow circulating around the liner. Woodland Trash Receptacle
The Blue Imp Woodland Trash Receptacle pairs a powder-coated steel frame with SolidCore composite recycled-plastic/wood planks to deliver the warmth of natural woodgrain without the cracking, splintering, or repainting demands of real lumber. Standing 1,042 mm (41") tall and 712 mm (28") wide, it is available in earth-tone or walnut plank colours that blend seamlessly into naturalized parks, ravine trails, and woodland play areas.
