Atomica

Park Amenities Accessible & Inclusive Play Transfer Accessible Climbing Playground Layouts

Atomica turns the playground into a science lab, courtesy of Blue Imp. Young scientists scale a Mega Molecule, an atomizer, three climb-a-walls, an inverter, and a network climber, spin on rotators and an Ogopogo, then launch down a gang slide, a double-dip slide, or an 81-inch spiral. Map-of-Canada, theatre, and pilot panels — plus an accessible transfer station — round it out. Built for ages 5–12 to CSA Z614 and ASTM F1487 standards, manufactured in Alberta and shipped across North America, with installation by BDI Play Designs in Alberta and Eastern BC.

Rockies Romp

Accessible & Inclusive Play Active Elementary School Transfer Accessible Climbing Playground Layouts

Rockies Romp is a Blue Imp play structure for ages 5 to 12 with an Annex H accessibility badge. Stairs with a transfer platform lead to a long curved bridge with perforated panels. Two slides come down from the upper decks. A rock-climbing wall, a round net climber, curved cage climbers, overhead ring trails and hanging steppers make up an agility circuit around the base. A bubble window panel adds a lookout spot, and a butterfly topper marks the tallest post. The overall footprint is about 37 x 51 ft (per Blue Imp). It is offered with 3.5" or 5" posts and with plastic or steel slides. It is made in Medicine Hat, Alberta. BDI is the Blue Imp distributor for Southern Alberta and Eastern BC.

Accessible Delight

Accessible & Inclusive Play Wheelchair Accessible Active Transfer Accessible Swings Climbing Playground Layouts Social & Cooperative Play

Accessible Delight is an inclusive, nature-themed playground from Blue Imp, built so children of every ability can play side by side. A 12-foot wheelchair ramp with rails and a 32-inch transfer station bring mobility-device users right onto the deck, where a Molecule climber, a squiggle climb, and a wave bridge connect to two stainless-steel slides. Overhead, a 90° shapes-ladder, Swing-a-Lings, and accessible rings add an upper-body challenge for bigger kids. Butterfly post toppers, an evergreen tree topper, and a farmer's-market storefront panel give it a cheerful woodland character set off by bright yellow decking. Engineered to CSA Z614 and ASTM F1487 standards, manufactured in Alberta and shipped across North America, with installation by BDI Play Designs in Alberta and Eastern BC.

Cottonwood Canyon

Accessible & Inclusive Play Slides Active Transfer Accessible Climbing Playground Layouts

Cottonwood Canyon is a rugged, nature-themed playground from Blue Imp shaded by cottonwood and evergreen tree toppers. Kids trek a wave bridge and canyon crossing, scale a spider-web and foothill climber, slide a fireman's pole, and test their memory on a Canadian wildlife game before riding an 8-foot slide or a 10-foot wave slide. An accessible transfer station and farmers' market panel round it out. Critter Crossing

Critter Crossing is a woodland-creature playground for toddlers from Blue Imp. Pint-sized adventurers climb a friendly dino and turtle, cross an arch bridge, and weave through a butterfly maze beneath butterfly post toppers and an evergreen tree. Two slides — a 90-degree and a triple-rail — and an accessible transfer station round out the fun. Trillium

Accessible & Inclusive Play Slides Active Transfer Accessible Ground-Level Play Climbing Playground Layouts

Trillium is a compact Blue Imp play structure rated for ages 1.5 to 12, with an Annex H accessibility badge. A transfer station at the stairs lets a child move from a wheelchair onto the structure. It has two plastic slides, one straight and one curved, plus a chain ladder, a wavy arch climber and a bridge with perforated panels. A spinner panel adds play at ground level.
