Where is BDI Play Designs located?
BDI Play Designs is an Alberta-based designer, manufacturer, and installer of commercial playground and park equipment, established in 2009. Every item in our catalog is manufactured in Alberta, Canada.
What areas do you serve?
We manufacture in Alberta and ship equipment across Canada and into the United States. Our direct on-site services — installation, surfacing, site preparation, and excavation — cover Southern Alberta and Eastern BC. Elsewhere in Canada, we work with a network of sales representatives who manage your project locally. Our mail-in net and rope rebuild service is available across North America.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. We ship our Canadian-made equipment across Canada and into the U.S. On-site installation is handled directly in our regional service area and through partners elsewhere.
Who is Blue Imp?
Blue Imp (S.F. Scott Mfg. Co. Ltd.) is our primary equipment partner and has manufactured playgrounds in Medicine Hat, Alberta since 1917 — known as "Canada's Original Playground Brand." BDI Play Designs is an authorized Blue Imp distributor for Southern Alberta and Eastern BC.
